Shipping Costs & Policy
Our print on demand providers for the t-shirts and hoodies and accessories are not all based in the same location therefore your items may not all arrive in the same package. Currently we have print providers in Latvia, Germany, USA and UK, so when you buy t-shirts, hoodies and accessories you are charged three times for postage as the items come from different locations. We do not make profit out of our shipping costs. Our print providers charge shipping for every item that they print and ship, however to keep our customers' costs down we only charge once per product group purchased from.
As all of the products are printed on demand, there may be a short wait time before your item is dispatched to you. You will be kept up to date with all the details via email once you have placed your order. It takes 2–7 business days to print the products and the shipping time is on average 10-15 business days depending on the order's destination.
Depending on your shipping location, additional customs and excise fees may be payable. Please note that all delivery times may be affected by the COVID-19 restrictions. Please note that we are also unable to ship to PO boxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
As the products are personalised to your size and colour I do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is misprinted, damaged or defective. In this case you must notify me within 14 days after the product has been received and I will arrange a replacement order for you.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to me no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
